It all started as a bit of friendly competition. Vince was at an Israeli cybersecurity startup, and Lindsey ran her own lead gen outfit. Naturally, the company became Lindsey’s client. Vince’s plan was straightforward: leverage Lindsey’s outsourced services to “get things off the ground” and then phase her out once the in-house SDR team was running at full speed. But things took an unexpected turn when Lindsey consistently outperformed that entire three-person SDR team, month after month. Realizing she wasn’t going anywhere, Vince had a lightbulb moment—if you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.

The two eventually joined forces under one roof. What started as vendor-client turned into a high-trust operating rhythm, combining frontline execution with GTM strategy. Over time, they built systems together, drove results others couldn’t, and proved that outsourced doesn’t mean outperformed. That partnership became the blueprint for TG Partners—a firm built on relentless execution, human-touch selling, and systems that scale.
